UmpHIRE is an innovative on-demand game scheduling application designed to connect coaches with officials, including umpires and other referees. This platform allows users to efficiently manage game scheduling while ensuring secure payment for services rendered. Coaches across youth, high school, and adult leagues can easily find and book officials for various sports, including baseball, softball, soccer, basketball, and football.

For Umpires and Officials:

 <li>Umpires have the flexibility to specify their availability, preferred travel distance, experience level, profile picture, and rate per game. Once they set their preferences, they will receive notifications when game requests match their criteria.</li>
 <li>Officials can review their scheduled games in one convenient location, which includes details such as field address and coach information. Coaches will also receive notifications regarding the arrival of the official at the game location.</li>
 <li>Payment is seamlessly handled through the app at the time of the game. Umpires set their rates, and funds are securely deposited into their accounts.</li>

For Coaches:

 <li>Coaches can effortlessly find and schedule Umpires/Officials for both individual games and entire seasons. By entering game details such as time and location, they will be matched with available officials.</li>
 <li>The reliance on a traditional scheduler is eliminated; coaches can input last-minute games or plan for the entire season efficiently.</li>
 <li>Once an official accepts a game assignment, immediate notification provides peace of mind that the match has been confirmed.</li>
 <li>The app allows for direct communication with assigned officials, enhancing coordination without intermediaries.</li>
 <li>On game day, coaches will be promptly informed when their official arrives at the venue.</li>
 <li>A dedicated dashboard allows coaches to track all upcoming games and their corresponding officials.</li>
 <li>Payments are handled directly through the app at game time, removing the need for cash transactions or relying on third parties for payment handling.</li>
